These terms describe the use of Kit Keeper, a hatching-business management app operated by sole proprietor Linda Easton-Waller.

Using Kit Keeper

By using the app, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of the business, customer, rental kit, and schedule information you enter. Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to manage and share.

Kit Keeper provides planning and communication tools. Check schedule dates, animal-care recommendations, and customer-facing information before relying on or sharing them; the app does not replace professional animal-care advice.

Customer information and shared links

You are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining permissions for customer details and other material you add. If you create a Hatch Hub link, anyone with the link may be able to view the information made available through it. Share links carefully and contact us if you need assistance with access.

Optional Kit Keeper text messages

If you provide and verify your own mobile number and explicitly enable daily support-task texts, Kit Keeper may send up to one summary per day when your calendar has support tasks, at the local time you choose. You may also request a one-time phone-verification code. You will not receive a daily summary on days without support tasks.

Message frequency varies by your calendar. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile carrier is responsible for its charges. Consent to these texts is not required to use Kit Keeper. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or turn off daily texts in your app settings. For help, reply HELP or email linda@hatchingrentals.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your number and consent for the text program as described in our Privacy Policy. Your SMS consent does not authorize unrelated promotional texts.

Availability and responsible use

We may maintain, update, or change the service and may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, or use it to send messages in violation of applicable laws or another person's rights.

Disclaimer and liability

We work to provide a useful service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or delivery of every message. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact
